Lady Dublin is a forward, athletic filly with natural speed. Sharp and well balanced, she was named by former footballer and Homes Under the Hammer presenter Dion Dublin.
She is in training with Ollie Pears at the picturesque Old Farmhouse in Malton, Yorkshire. Renowned for his work with two-year-olds, Ollie’s expertise provides this exciting young talent with the perfect platform to flourish from the start of the 2026 Flat season.
Bred for speed and precocity, her Sire is Ardad, a son of Kodiac who was a standout juvenile himself, winning the Listed Windsor Castle Stakes at Royal Ascot before going on to take the Group 2 Flying Childers Stakes impressively as a two-year-old. Ardad’s own racing career showcased his blistering pace and toughness — traits he has passed on to his offspring. Now a highly respected sire standing at Overbury Stud, Ardad has already produced top performers such as Perfect Power — a multiple Group 1-winning sprinter — underlining his ability to impart both speed and class to his progeny.
On the dam’s side, she is out of Increasing, a daughter of the outstanding sire Invincible Spirit, one of the most influential stallions of the modern era. A top-class sprinter himself, Invincible Spirit won the Group 1 Haydock Sprint Cup before becoming an exceptional sire, responsible for elite performers such as Kingman, Shalaa, Magna Grecia and Mayson. Renowned for imparting speed, class and toughness to his progeny, Invincible Spirit has enjoyed global success and established a powerful legacy as a source of high-class performers.
