By accessing or using Legacy Racing Club (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

To join or purchase a membership, you’ll create an account. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Membership Plans & Billing

We offer Micro‑Share and VIP memberships, each with defined terms (monthly, annual, or 6‑month). Payment is due at sign‑up and automatically renews unless canceled at least 14 days before the end of the current term. You may upgrade or downgrade plans per our specifications; prorated adjustments will apply.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds are provided after a membership term begins, except as required by law. You may cancel renewal at any time; access remains active until the term’s end.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or infringe others’ rights;
• Use automated scripts to access or scrape our site;
• Transmit harmful or malicious code;
• Harass, intimidate, or defraud other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, images, and software on this site are owned by Legacy Racing Club or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our express permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Legacy Racing Club and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of London.
